Four crops, sold as dried slices or milled powder. Prices move with the harvest so we quote per enquiry rather than posting a number that goes stale.
Both emprit and gajah types, mostly out of Wonosobo and Temanggung where the altitude suits it. Emprit is smaller and sharper, higher oil, usually what buyers want for extraction. Gajah is larger and milder, more common in food use.
Mostly Magelang and Semarang regency. Sun dried then finished under cover. We do not polish it, because polishing strips the skin and takes colour with it. Curcumin content varies by harvest and we will state it per lot where a buyer needs it.
Sliced before drying because whole galangal is too woody to dry through evenly. Harder and more fibrous than ginger, and it needs a longer dry.
Cassia bark, not Ceylon. Sold as broken pieces or cut sticks by length. We can sort to a specified length if the order is large enough to justify it.
We do not deal in crops from outside our buying area. If you need pepper from Lampung or nutmeg from Maluku we are not the right supplier, and buying it blind to resell would defeat the point of everything above.
Prices move with the harvest, so there is no list. Send us these four things and we will come back with a figure and what we actually have on hand.
