- Commercial invoice and packing list with lot numbers matching the bags.
- Certificate of Origin where your customs require it.
- Phytosanitary certificate, which is mandatory for dried plant material entering most countries.
- Moisture and inspection record for the lot, which is ours rather than an official document, but it is what you would check against on arrival.
FOB Semarang or Surabaya by default. CIF quoted on request. Payment by bank transfer, half on order confirmation and half against shipping documents for a first order.
